 My name is Oliver Fair. I am a freelance computer Technician & Consultant. I have been working in the field for several years and can contribute my success to always striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.I enjoy dealing with different clients because it always brings something new to the table. I will always take care and cater to all of my clients needs, big or small. This alone pushes me to become what my customers expect of me as a Technician and Consultant.
My most recent long term contracted client was a local health partner. At their location I performed all of the necessary support at a desktop level to help insure that the daily work flow was as un-interrupted as possible while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. I am currently working full time for a wireless temperature monitoring company as a Beta Tester/Technical Support Analyst and enjoying every waking minute of it. Who knew breaking software and hardware could be this much fun? |
