Speedy… or not?

Being a DSL customer for a few years I have found that even the largest of companies will try to give you as little as they can for your money. It pays to do some simple bandwidth testing to make certain you are getting what you paid for. Just recently I found I was being skimped on with my service, paying for a 3MB line and only getting around half of that. My first call to tech-support wasn’t my last, and it took about two weeks to get it straigntened out but my ISP claimed it was ‘overlooked’. I have heard about plenty of similar horror stories that even caused people to switch their ISP… in my case I got lucky and was able to get the problem taken care of, but if you are ever in doubt or just want to see the true throughput of your connection, feel free to try out our new Speed test.
