Vista SP1 delayed

If you haven’t already heard that Vista’s SP1 has been delayed, and if I just happened to be the one to tell you; then I am sorry to inform you but that is sad indeed. I am almost a week behind schedule, but it was announced early monday that SP1 will now be delayed for about 6 weeks into March.
SP1 might have been pushed back because of some very nasty driver errors that creep up to haunt you after its installation, but if you want to download it there are copies of it out there on torrent and file sharing sites. I am going to assume that it is the RTM version that was released, but its a true shame that users won’t be able to get it from microsoft until next month and that they would even have to think about doing such a thing, as it just doesn’t make sense to have to download a service pack off of an illegal file sharing website because the developer can’t get their head straight.
I read the vista blog post on this and I felt I had to add Robert’s comment:
“I was reading an article where Mac users were calling Vista a chrome plated turd and the chrome was starting to peel . I’m starting to wonder if I made a bad move spending all this time And money on vista.”Robert says it best…
